On Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm and Saturday mornings from 10am-12 the courts are dedicated to our club social tennis sessions. Everyone is welcome to come and play. It is a sociable and flexible activity, intended for members to meet up, chat and play.

Occasionally throughout the year we have ad hoc tournaments between 10am and 1pm, depending on whether any league matches are being played on the courts.

We are a very friendly club and we like to have and take part in fun events such as Saturday or Sunday tournaments, which are very popular and are usually arranged at short notice via email.  

Our evening social events normally take place in the local Village Hall which is located just a few metres from the courts. It has all the necessary facilities for self-catering and even a stage. We have hosted many events over the years raising valuable funds for the club, including casino nights, race nights and the ever-popular quiz nights!  All the events are catered, and we are famous for the quality of our home-cooking and baking!
